Double Facer

The double facer features a rigid framework made of high-strength steel beams for vibration-free operation when running at high speed. This machine serves to bind the single-face corrugated board to another lineboard facing use the corn starch adhesive. With the addition of a curing zone, the finished product stiffens nicely into 3-ply, 5-ply, or 7-ply corrugated boards. Last year, we shipped out more than 50 sets of double facers to customers from India, Egypt, among other countries in the world.
